The Licensing Commission meeting was held

Today a meeting was held for the AFFA Licensing Commission. The documents of the clubs which applied for participating in the UEFA club competitions and the Azerbaijan Premier League matches in the 2022/2023 season, were considered during the meeting.
 
The Licensing Commission meeting was held
The following decisions were made after the discussions based on Article 8 of the Clubs Licensing Rules of the AFFA Licensing Commission (Edition 2021):
 
1. To license the following clubs to take part in the UEFA club competitions: 
Qarabag FC, Neftchi PFC, Zira PFC, Shamakhi FC, Sabah FC, Gabala SC
 
2. Not to license the following clubs to take part in the UEFA club competitions: 
Sabail PFC, Sumgayit FC
 
3. To license the following clubs to take part Premier League competitions: 
Sabail PFC, Sumgayit FC, Kapaz PFC, Turan Tovuz PFC
 
4. Not to license the following clubs to take part Premier League competitions:
Qaradag-Lokbatan FC, Zagatala FC, MOIK
 
The license applicant may file an appeal with the AFFA Licensing Appeals Committee within 10 days from the date of notification of the license refusal. 
 
Note: In accordance with Article 13 (Edition 2021) of the Azerbaijan Football Clubs Licensing Rules to participate in the UEFA club competitions, the clubs which licensed to participate in the UEFA club competitions in the 2022-2023 season, are automatically considered to have received a license to participate in the Azerbaijani Premier League for the same season.
