The Under-18 played the first match in the Development Tournament

Azerbaijan in Group B played against the Youth team from Russia. The match at the training pitch of the local football federation in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, ended the boys from Russia 7-1. The goal for Azerbaijan was scored by Nijat Karimov from a penalty kick in the 58th minute.

Azerbaijan Under-18 Youth team will play the next match within the tournament against Uzbekistan on February 20.
