Zaur Haji-Maharramov, executive director of the Professional Football League, has been appointed by UEFA.
He will be the UEFA representative for the match between FCSB (Romania) and Bologna (Italy) on October 23, in the third round of the UEFA Europa League. The match will take place at the National Arena in Bucharest.
