Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan Executive Committee has held the first meeting with new elected staff at "Hilton" hotel today.
After the discussions, below mentioned decisions have been admitted:
1. Rauf Aliyev was elected as AFFA I Vice-President, Elshad Nasirov was elected as the Vice-President.
2. Elkhan Mammadov was confirmed as AFFA General Secretary position for the next 4 years.
3. The memberships of AFFA Referees Committee, Referee-Observers Committee, Disciplinary Committee, The Players' Status and Transfer Committee and Arbitration Appeals Tribunal are confirmed as below:

4. Normative documents were confirmed about the Players' Status and Transfer Committee, Arbitration Appeals Tribunal, Disciplinary Committee, Media Committee and the mediators.
5. The fines of Topaz Premier League clubs and the amount of the duty for the foreign players were kept as they were.
6. “Bakcell Arena” was kept at the balance of AFFA and given to use of “Neftchi” PFC.
7. Rafig Mirzayev was appointed as the head coach of Azerbaijan U-16 team.
8. The directory of Local Organizing Committee of UEFA Under-17 Championship Azerbaijan-2016 was consigned to AFFA General Secretariat.
9. Executive Committee warned clubs and referees to behave according to the demands of AFFA Charter and appropriate competition regulations.
