Siyasat Asgarov was born on July 17, 1987 in Baku. He graduated Azerbaijan State Academy Of Physical Culture And Sport.
He played in the second team of "Neftchi" club in 2004-2005, MOIK Azerbaijan Premier League, MOIK club in 2005-2007, MOIK club in 2006-2007.
He began his coach career with the second team of MOIK FC in 2007. He became head coach of MOIK FC in 2008-2009, second team of MOIK FC in 2009-2010, and coach of U-17 women's national team in 2010-2012. S.Asgarov is coach of U-19 and U-15 women's national teams since 2013, and head coach of U-17 women's national team.
