The first meeting of Mirbagir Isayev, a newly appointed head of UEFA Elite Coaching Project, with coaches took place. The introductory meeting was attended by AFFA Deputy Secretary General Elchin Mammadov and the coaching staff operating in the regions within the Project.
Speaking at the meeting, Elchin Mammadov greeted the specialists, officially introduced the newly appointed Mirbagir Isayev to the coaches, and wished them success in their future activities.
Speaking later, Mirbagir Isayev highlighted the importance of discipline and said that the health of young players involved in the Elite Training Project should always be kept in the spotlight. He also emphasized the need for more systematic and purposeful activities to identify talented children in the regions.
During the meeting, innovations related to the Project and plans for the upcoming period were discussed.
