Over 110 Human Resources and Finance managers from UEFA 53 national associations participated in the 4th edition of the UEFA GROW Conference in Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
Managing financial relations with regional and local football associations, improving financial data management, transformational changes in the HR sector, ideas for a new payroll system and other issues were discussed during the conference.
AFFA was represented at the event by Emil Najafov, Head of AFFA Financial Management Department, and Gulshan Muradova, Head of AFFA Human Resources Department.
