Head of AFFA Legal Department Gunay Zamanli participated in the UEFA Women in Football Leadership Programme 2025 educational program held in Lausanne, Switzerland, jointly organized by UEFA Academy and IMD Business School.
The main aim of the Programme is to develop the leadership skills of women working in decision-making positions in football management, increase their leadership potential, strengthen their participation in decision-making processes and support their professional development.
In addition, the Programme aims to strengthen the role of women in the future of football and promote international exchange of experience.
During the five-day intensive sessions held within the Programme, 36 female experts representing different football organizations around the world increased their knowledge by discussing leadership, strategic management, and personal development, and had the opportunity to network and exchange experiences within the global football family.
