Head of AFFA Competitions Department Emin Jafarov has been appointed by UEFA.
He will be an UEFA Delegate for the match Aktobe (Kazakhstan) vs Sparta Praha (Czech Republic) to be played on July 24 within the UEFA Conference League second qualifying round. The match will take place at the Central Stadium in Aktobe.
