During the conference, the delegation made presentations on the successful implementation of the project in Azerbaijan, field activities and the implementation of school programs under the "dual career" model. They discussed the current situation, the results achieved and the action plan for the next stages among the project's partner countries - Azerbaijan, Romania, Italy, Moldova and Malta.
The main goal of the SCALE project is to support the academic development of young players alongside their sporting activities, enabling them to continue their schooling and training process in parallel with football trainings. The project aims to develop a “dual career” model aimed at maintaining a balance between education and sport for young people.
Note that the SCALE project has been implemented under the organization of AFFA since 2023, and during this period, 10 schools and 5 clubs (including boys and girls players) have been involved in the project.
