Julien Escudé, a Consultant for UEFA within the Elite Youth Talent Programme, paid a working visit to Baku. During his two-day visit, he met with AFFA Deputy Secretary General Elchin Mammadov, Technical Director Jahangir Hasanzada and AFFA Elite-Training Project Manager Rufat Karimli.
Julien Escudé got acquainted with the development of youth football in Azerbaijan and exchanged views with AFFA officials on the regional elite program, the process of identifying talented football players, the path to national teams, the coaching structure, and the overall distribution of HatTrick Programme budget.
