International referee observer Babek Guliyev has received another appointment from UEFA.
He will be a referee observer of the match Romania vs San Marino to be played on March 31 within the UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifying round.
The match of Group A will take place at Eugen Popescu Stadium in Targoviste.
