Araz-Nakhchivan, Azerbaijan's representative in the UEFA Futsal Champions League, played the first match in the main stage today. The champion of Azerbaijan in Group 7 played against the Romanian United Galati in the first match.
The match at Dunarea Sports Palace in Galati ended to Araz-Nakhchivan 2-1. The goals for Azerbaijani club were scored by Alex Mineiro in the 25th minute and Filipe Avila in the 34th minute.
Araz-Nakhchivan will play the next match in the group on October 30 against Luxembourg Differdange.
