The meeting was attended by AFFA President Rovnag Abdullayev, members of the Executive Committee Elshad Nasirov, Elkhan Mammadov, Vagif Sadigov, Mahir Mammadov, Firudin Gurbanov, Elmar Mammadyarov, Zaur Akhundov, Farid Mansurov and Konul Mehdiyeva.
Before the discussions, the memory of our martyrs who died in the Patriotic War for the freedom of our lands was commemorated with a minute of silence.
AFFA President, Chairman of the Executive Committee Rovnag Abdullayev opened the meeting with these words.
"I congratulate each of you on our victory in the Patriotic War, thank everyone, including the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and everyone who contributed to this victory, and wish healing to our wounded. Today, at the same time, is the birthday of the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and on behalf of the AFFA Executive Committee, we congratulate Mr. President.

Following the discussions, the following decisions were made:
1. To approve the Licensing rules for clubs to participate in UEFA club competitions and the Azerbaijan Premier League in the 2021/2022 season.
2. The expired and expiring contracts of the head coaches of the national teams of the lower age groups should be extended by mutual agreement (the activities of the coaches in the age groups will be regulated by UEFA's decision to cancel or postpone various tournaments due to the pandemic):

- Samir Aliyev
- Elkhan Abdullayev
- Milosh Velebit
- Agil Nabiyev
3. The next Conference of AFFA to be held in late January-early February 2021 in video conference format.
Rovnag Abdullayev: “We had fruitful discussions and relevant decisions were made. Thank you all for your participation in the meeting. It was the last meeting of the Executive Committee for this year. Due to the pandemic, this year may be remembered as a failure year for the whole world, but for Azerbaijan, for our people, 2020 is a year of victory. We managed to liberate our long-occupied lands thanks to the determination, courage and bravery of our Supreme Commander-in-Chief. I wish that all these years will be years of construction and development of our country. I congratulate each of you on the upcoming New Year and the Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis, and wish you good health in these pandemic days!”.
