AFFA Club Licensing Department Director Elchin Mammadov was appointed by UEFA.
Mr. Mammadov will be an UEFA Venue Director during the match between Beşiktaş JK (Turkey) and Club Brugge KV (Belgium) to be held on November 30 at Beşiktaş Park Stadium in Istanbul, Turkey, within the UEFA Europa Conference League Group stage.
