Frank De Bleecker, Advisor to AFFA Secretary General on International Refereeing and Referee Training, has been appointed by UEFA.
He will be a referee observer of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 match between Barcelona (Spain) and Newcastle (England).
The match will take place today at Camp Nou Stadium in Barcelona and be officiated by the match officials from France.
