Another meeting of the AFFA Executive Committee was held today. The following decisions were made after discussions:
1. To entrust to the AFFA General Secretariat the preparation of a series of events planned for the 100th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
2. To define the relevant funds to be allocated by UEFA for 2024-2028 and by FIFA for 2023-2026 to the construction of new infrastructure projects in different regions.
3. To approve the head coaches of the youth national teams:
U-19 – Agil Nabiyev
U-18 – Elkhan Abdullayev
U-17 – Fuzuli Mammadov
U-16; U-15 – Ilham Yadullayev
U-19 (women’s) – Habib Aghayev
4. To approve the composition of the relevant committees operating under AFFA as follows:

5. To entrust to the General Secretariat the preparation of proposals for additions and changes to the Regulations on individual scholarships of AFFA football veterans.
6. To cancel the decision regarding the 3-year activity requirement of clubs in the Region League to play in the First Division.
7. To entrust to PFL the online broadcasting of the Premier League, First Division and Cup games and the acquisition of statistical data of the games.
8. To hold the championships of the First Division and B-teams separately starting from the 2023-2024 season. To organize both championships with 10 teams in each of them.
9. To apply licensing rules to clubs playing in the First Division starting from the 2023-2024 season. To entrust to the AFFA General Secretariat and PFL the preparation of relevant criteria and the submission to the Executive Committee.
The Control and Inspection Committee presented a report at the meeting of the Executive Committee.
