8 teams will compete in the tournament in 2 groups. Azerbaijan will compete in Group B with the Youth teams of Belarus, Russia and Uzbekistan.

Note: The decisive matches will be played on February 23. The group winners will face each other in the final, the runners-up in the match for the third place, the third-placed teams in the match for fifth place, and the fourth-placed teams in the match for seventh place.
