Azerbaijan Women’s Under-19 team played the second match within the UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship qualifying round. Azerbaijan in Group B5 of League B played against the hosts in the city of Strumica, North Macedonia.
The match, which was postponed from November 28 to today due to unfavorable weather conditions and the unusable condition of the pitch of the Mladost stadium, was organized at Goran Pandev Training Complex. The game ended for the North Macedonian team 3-1. The goal for Azerbaijan was scored by Medina Jurugova in the 35th minute.
Note that Azerbaijan Women’s Under-19 team will play the last match in the group against Georgia on December 1.
