As part of the cooperation agreement signed this April between AFFA and Roundglass Living, representatives of the Platform organized training sessions for AFFA administrative staff, football referees, sports journalists, and others.
The aim of the training sessions was to thoroughly familiarize participants with the platform's capabilities and provide detailed information on how to use the tools and resources it offers.
During the sessions, participants were introduced to the platform's various sections, meditation programs, breathing techniques, content aimed at supporting physical and emotional well-being, and other features designed to promote a healthy lifestyle.
Note that the primary objective of the partnership between AFFA and Roundglass Living is to strengthen mental health and overall well-being within the country's football community. Roundglass Living is an international wellness platform that offers users various digital solutions related to mental health, mindfulness, physical activity, healthy nutrition, and healthy sleep.
