Azerbaijan Under-19 Women’s team played the first match in UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship preliminary round. Azerbaijan met Wales and beat them in a 4-1. Yaiza Relea (double), Kristina Bakarandze and Nigar Jalilli scored the goals for Azeri team.
The next match within the tournament Azerbaijan will play against Belgium on 17 September at 20:00h.
