The 2025 Future Leaders in Football Programme is implemented in the German city of Lörrach.
Narmin Sidaliyeva, a specialist from AFFA Club Licensing Department, also attended the Programme, which was organized by the DFB, the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Volkswagen with attendance of female participants from 25 different countries.
The Programme aimed to promote gender equality, strengthen women's leadership and increase the role of women in football. Participants were also trained in leadership, strategy-building, promoting social change and building international networks.
Among the guest speakers at the event were UEFA Vice President Laura McAllister, President of the Football Association of Norway Lise Klaveness, UEFA’s Managing Director of Women's Football Nadine Kessler, as well influential figures such as Alexandra Popp and Jessica Libbertz.
