Emin Jafarov, Head of AFFA Competitions Department, has been appointed by UEFA.
He will be an UEFA Delegate for the match between Srvena Zvezda (Serbia) and Žilina (Slovakia) to be played on November 26 within the UEFA Youth League League phase Matchday 3. The match will take place at Rajko Mitic stadium in Belgrade.
