According to the relevant decision accepted in the meeting of the Executive Committee of AFFA on July 15, 2022, AFFA and PFL have defined the following criteria for Regional League teams to play in the First Division:
1. Club Regulation;
2. An extract from the State Register;;
3. The structure of the club;
4. Field and stadium meeting standards (if it will be leased, valid contract between stadium and club);
5. The identification number of a tax payer;
6. A letter of guarantee from the relevant executive authority regarding the provision of security at the games;
7. Letter of guarantee regarding the provision of Emergency Medical Aid during the games;
8. At least 2 sets of mock-ups of game uniforms;
9. Presentation of the head coach, coach and administrative staff structure as stated in the Regulations of the Professional Football League 2022/23 season;
10. Relevant legal documents related to the financial source;
11. Participation in the Regional League for 3 consecutive seasons.
The above-mentioned documents should be submitted to AFFA by the respective clubs by 17:00 on July 25, 2022 via the e-mail address

Note: Based on the relevant decision of the Executive Committee, the club that fully meets the criteria and submits the relevant application first will get guaranteed participation in the First Division in the 2022/2023 season.
