FC Zira, Azerbaijan’s representative in the UEFA Conference League, played the second-leg match within the second qualifying round. The Baku-based club hosted the Estonian team Paide.
Having lost the away match 0-1, Rashad Sadygov’s squad played a 1-1 draw in the second-leg match at SOCAR Polymer Arena. Eren Aydin scored the goal for the Azerbaijani side in the 5th minute.
Consequently, Paide advanced to the next round, while Zira was eliminated from European competition.
