FC Neftchi, Azerbaijan's representative in the UEFA Conference League, plays the second-leg match within the second qualifying round today. The Baku-based club will face Dinamo (Minsk) from Belarus in an away match.
The match will take place at Beroe Stadium in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria and kick off at 21:00 Baku time. The match will be officiated by referees from Northern Ireland and be broadcast live on Ictimai TV.
Note that Dinamo won the first-leg match in Baku 4-2.
