Elchin Masiyev will be a referee of the match between NK Celje (Slovenia) and Banik Ostrava (Czech Republic) be played within the UEFA Conference League Play-offs. He will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov. Farid Hajiyev will be a fourth official of the match. Luca Pairetto from Italy will act as VAR while Rashad Ahmadov from Azerbaijan will act as AVAR.
The match takes place on August 21 at Celje Stadium.
