The mini-football tournament dedicated to the 102nd anniversary of the birth of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, held among the faculties of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) within the UEFA Hat-Trick Program, jointly organized by AFFA and AzTU, has concluded.
In the match for 3rd place at Sportster mini-football fields, the team of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Telecommunications defeated the team of the Faculty of Transport and Logistics 5-4 and won the bronze medal. In the final match, the team of the Faculty of Metallurgy and Chemical Technologies defeated the team of the Faculty of Economics and Management 5-1 and won the tournament. The winning team was awarded a trophy by AFFA, and the top 3 teams were awarded medals. Seymur Hajiyev, a player from the Economics and Management team, was awarded Best Player award, while Farid Mikayilov, a player from the Metallurgy and Chemical Technologies team, was awarded Best Goalkeeper award.
The winning team was presented with the trophy by Head of AFFA Grassroots Department, Farrukh Ismayilov, and Vice-Rector for Finance and Economic Affairs of AzTU, Rashad Aliyev.
