A seminar for referees is being held in Nakhchivan, organized jointly by AFFA and Nakhchivan Football Federation.
The seminar is being led by Omar Pashayev, the head of the AFFA Referees Department, along with fitness trainer Namik Guliyev, a specialist of the Referees Department Bakhtiyar Osmanov, and a member of the Referees Committee Anar Salmanov.
During the seminar, Omar Pashayev is providing information on the establishment of a structure and the strategy for attracting new referees. Anar Salmanov is conducting theoretical and practical lessons, while Namik Guliyev is leading the physical training sessions. Bakhtiyar Osmanov is covering the competition management system, registration procedures, and usage rules.
The main goal of this seminar is to improve the theoretical, practical, and physical training of referees, as well as to create a strategy and structure for the recruitment of new referees.
The seminar will conclude on August 22.
