Siyasat Asgarov, head coach of Azerbaijan Women's national football team, expressed his thoughts at a press conference before the match against North Macedonia within the FIFA World Cup European qualifiers:
“Tomorrow we will play a very important game. Because it will be our first match within the World Cup qualifying round. First matches are always difficult and important. We have prepared for the match to the maximum. Despite our losses, we are fully focused on the game. We have analyzed the opponent and shared it with the team. We have built our plan accordingly. We will do our best to leave the pitch with the result we want.”
Note that the match Azerbaijan vs North Macedonia will take place at Dalga Arena on March 3 and kick off at 15:00.
