Zaur Haji-Maharramov, Executive Director of the Professional Football League, has been appointed by UEFA.
He will be an UEFA Delegate for the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round match between Ludogorets (Bulgaria) and Ferencváros TC (Hungary).The match will take place at Ludogorets Arena in Razgrad, Bulgaria on August 6.
