UEFA Study Group Scheme “Grassroots Football in Azerbaijan” started in Baku today and will last till 4 November. Delegates from football federations of Hungary, Serbia and Latvia participate at the event. AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov welcomed participants of the Courses and thanked UEFA for giving AFFA an opportunity to host these Courses. E.Mammadov talked about the projects conducted to develop Grassroots football in Azerbaijan. Then UEFA Head of Football Education Services Frank Ludolph gave an intro to the UEFA Study Group Scheme and an overview of the general UEFA Technical Education Programme.
